Development of a climate neutrality roadmap for the municipality Baden bei Wien
Baden has been a climate and energy model region since 2011 and received the gold award in the European Energy Award in 2019. Now Baden is setting itself higher goals: The city aims to become climate-neutral by 2040. The existing data and activities are to be brought together in a climate neutrality roadmap for 2040 within the framework of this project. This is an attempt to find a common thread to bundle municipal ambitions and to find measures, interfaces, and binding targets for a climate-neutral Baden. The main outcome of this project is the consistent and clear presentation of Baden's path to climate neutrality 2040, including measures to be implemented in the short term, responsibilities and the added value compared to the status quo.
