Our Code of Conduct

All AIT employees are responsible for complying with the principles of our Code of Conduct.

The Code of Conduct:

  • Reflects AIT’s commitment to equality, fairness, empowerment, and active participation in designing our processes and structures.
  • Reflects AIT’s integrity and ethics.
  • Provides clear indication of AIT’s positive approach towards errors, a favourable atmosphere at the workplace and, above all, the personal development of our staff members.
  • Emphasizes the importance of productive cooperation not only between AIT teams and team members, but also with our clients, partners and other institutions.
  • Underlines the necessity of treating each other with respect. We stand for diversity and for different points of view as we believe these provide a positive impulse for new ideas and new approaches.
  • Stands for open communication, not only with respect to relations between managers and direct employees, but generally among all staff members.

Our Code of Leadership

The Code of Leadership expresses the leadership philosophy at AIT and is a tool for creating an innovative environment in which we can achieve our goals.
