Right from the beginning we will have a (virtual) meeting in which we clarify the upcoming necessary steps. Starting from the visa process until your start at AIT, you (and your family) will be supported and guided by our HR colleagues.

Good to know when moving to Austria
AIT offers numerous benefits. Particular benefits when working in Austria are:
- In Austria, you will receive two additional monthly salaries: 14 salaries instead of 12. Please note that our job postings indicate the total gross annual salary (including all 14 monthly salaries).
- Employee contributions to social security are deducted from gross salaries. This will automatically cover free health, unemployment and pension insurance.
- Education System - so you relocate with your family to Austria: public schools in Austria are free, as well as the last year of kindergarten before school starts. School books are also free of charge.
