MOTION supports Climate KIC in strengthening the transformative character of its project portfolio. It develops building blocks of a theory of (transformative) change, and tests them in a set of pilot cases in order to help make regional innovation ecosystems more transformative in terms of their key climate-related performance characteristics. Analytical tools are developed for application in other settings, and results are visualised for communication with stakeholders and other interested parties.
