Analytical Services

We offer state-of-the-art micro- and molecular biological analytics. Benefit from years of experience, high quality standards and personal support.

Our experts will advise and support you personally. Benefit from their outstanding expertise, a high-class team and an extensive and modern research infrastructure. We offer the full range of services from conventional microbiological applications, state of the art molecular genetic methods to crop trials in our own modern glasshouses. Get your own impressions in course of an introductory meeting incl. facility tour.

Within the framework of application-oriented projects we develop innovative, customized solutions for your specific needs. Use our exceptional know-how in the areas of plant, animal and microbial genomics to obtain solutions for tomorrow‘s challenges today.

Research services

The DNA as a basic building block allows us to investigate nature, origin, and kinship in fungi, bacteria, animals and plants. We use modern molecular and genetic methods and rely on established expertise.

Identification & characterization of organisms

We offer a broad portfolio of microbiological and DNA-based analyses, including both standard and customized assays.
Based on our profound understanding of molecular mechanisms and the interrelationships between plants and microorganisms, we offer screening for desired traits or development of tools for the detection and traceability of microorganisms.

DNA-bank & genotyping services

We offer the possibility of quality assured, long-term storage of DNA samples combined with data management, customized DNA extraction protocols and other DNA-based analyses.
Furthermore we provide the development and application of genetic markers for species identification, diversity determination, relationship analysis and traceability.

Bioinformatics

Benefit from our expertise in the sequence analysis of genomes and metagenomes. Established knowledge in database integration allows us merging diverse databases and data categories. Implemented search interfaces facilitate a structured request for material or biological data.

Research services and trainings

We can adapt existing analytical systems for your purposes or pursue completely new research goals according to your wishes and needs. Our knowledge can also be transferred to your institution through trainings.

(BIO) aerosol - testsystem

We offer controlled testing in a defined and controlled test air. From suspensions or solid material, inorganic dusts, microorganisms or their components are introduced into the system in a controlled and homogeneous fashion over a long period of time. Multiple devices can be introduced into the system simultaneously and tested in parallel.
