The aim of MED1stMR is to develop a Mixed Reality Medical Firstresponder Training - that means for paramedics and basically all those who provide first aid in emergency situations. Mixed reality means that VR training is combined with haptic experiences by using a patient simulation manikin, medical devices such as a ventilator and smart wearables with sensors for stress tracking.
MED1stMR is a European research project in the EU Horizon2020 program (Grant No:101021775) and is coordinated by AIT's Center of Technology Experience.
