At the project "Talk about IT! Digitalisierung partizipativ gestalten: gendergerecht und divers" the ÖBB, the TU Wien and WienCont tested how employees can be better involved in digitalisation processes. For this purpose, current digitisation projects were identified in the companies and employee groups were selected that are not always explicitly involved in change processes. Specifically, these were part-time employees, workers, people on maternity leave, office employees and all users.
On the basis of different questions, a possible integration of the mentioned target groups was tested in five concrete operational use cases.
L&R Sozialforschung and the AIT Center for Technology Experience provided scientific and organisational support for the project.
The project results will be presented on 18 May.
