A very special promotional film was produced at the end of August under the management of the AIT Gender Office as part of the AIT Gender & Diversity Initiative. The aim of the film is to make employees and external stakeholders aware of the company’s active commitment to supporting women’s careers in research and promoting diversity. AIT has set up a dedicated programme of measures aimed at opening up more career opportunities in research to women and supporting them on their journey in terms of equal opportunities and diversity.
In the film, AIT employees provide short statements explaining and highlighting their view of this important issue from different perspectives. The Gender Office is very grateful for the trust of colleagues who have made a key contribution to this film through their active involvement!

DIVÖRSITY congress on 20/10/2020
AIT is partnering the Austrian Diversity Days, which set the stage for the virtual DIVÖRSITY congress on 20 October. In addition to a talk by Marie-Theres Raberger and the presentation of individual measures from the G&D action programme, the new AIT ‘Gender & Diversity’ film will also be presented to a broad audience online.
