The funding scheme of the Austrian Climate and Energy Fund for Large-scale solar thermal systems won the SHC Solar Award of the International Energy Agency Solar Heating Programme (IEA SHC) in Abu Dhabi. Since the beginning of the funding programme in 2010, AIT has been supporting the planning, implementation and optimization of subsidized systems. Thus, the AIT team could follow up closely the innovative market developments for solar thermal Systems.
