The feasibility study MOVE BEST developed a concept of a mobile traffic management system. The system MOVE BEST provides the use of sensor systems in the field of traffic data collection, LED information displays and mobile user systems. By combining this partially existing and already proven systems with the in-house development of a transportable LED information display for the entire system MOVE BEST as well as the execution of the system in modular design MOVE BEST can be installed and put into operation very quickly. Energy supply using batteries as well as a remote maintenance via app or Web application ensures a self-sufficient operation of the system over a certain time. By means of the system MOVE BEST for certain events, traffic conditions can be detected, analyzed and displayed and this allows a dynamic traffic management.
