There are still too few young women opting for a career in technical professions. What is the reason for this and how can female graduates be inspired to take up a technical profession? These questions will be discussed by ÖBB's diversity officer Traude Kogoj, AIT Gender Officer and Head of Center for Digital Safety & Security Helmut Leopold, Eva Wilhelm, former chairwoman of the AIT works council and Marie-Theres Raberger, Head of AIT-Recruiting. The panel discussion will be moderated by Carina Felzmann, editor of the magazine Sheconomy.
