Digital twin for industrial plants

Digital twin for industrial plants

Digital monitoring & process evaluation, deployment optimization

The first step for the implementation of efficiency measures is the analysis of the current situation. Since companies often lack the metrological infrastructure, the AIT offers this service. We have many years of expertise and experience and can therefore identify the right measurement parameters and analyse process and energy flows, consisting of exergy and anergy, in order to derive economic efficiency measures. In addition, we provide you with a data-based model of the process that enables you to evaluate the effect of possible measures using this digital twin.

An essential point for the economic use of resources is digitalization, i.e. an electronic and dynamic recording of the process. The interplay of the temporal course of the energy demand of a process and the energy price predictions makes a much more economical way of driving possible. AIT offers you extensive experience in this area and supports you in planning and implementation.
