This starts with gender-neutral and inclusive language, especially in the recruiting process. We encourage female applicants and take part in various initiatives designed to motivate young girls to embark on careers in science. AIT also offers dedicated internships to young female students and supports the formation of internal and external women's networks.

Our modern parental leave management system and flexible work options enable both female and male to better combine parenting with their careers.
