Examinations of the propagation of ground waves and accompanying measures of vibration protection have been successfully investigated by the AIT Austrian Institute of Technology for years. Vibration-intensive construction activities (demolition work, blasting, soil compaction, etc.), but also impacts from road and rail traffic often cause considerable vibrations in structures.
The AIT has the necessary know-how to record and evaluate the effects of vibration and is certified in this area according to ISO 9001.
