The call for more women in technology and the natural sciences is still as important as ever, science and industry agree. The aim is to make the tech sector attractive to as many women as possible and at the same time to show how many great female technicians there already are who are doing impressive things in various disciplines in a wide range of companies and institutions. What have their employers done right? What can we learn from each other? What developments are there?
