During the two-day CPUX training course (Certified Professional for Usability and User Experience), Ulrike Kretzer, a UX expert with many years of experience and an Expert Advisor at the AIT Center for Technology Experience, will teach fundamental terms and concepts from the fields of usability and user experience. The training is based on the curriculum of the ‘International Usability and User Experience Board’ (UXQB). Following the training, participants can sit the UXQB certification exam.
