Due to our legal obligations under data protection law, we would like to point out that your data may also be processed by both companies. In this context, data processing may take place in the form of processing on behalf of a controller pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR or as joint controllers pursuant to Article 26 of the GDPR. The reason for this is the organizational structure within the AIT Group, which includes specialized departments for specific areas, such as communications. However, any processing of your data by both companies will be carried out exclusively in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations.
As a data subject, you are entitled to assert your data subject rights against any controller. In the event of joint controllership by both companies, your corresponding request will be forwarded internally to the primary controller, who will process your request.
