Our latest podcast is a recording of the ARTTEC Talk from the end of January, in which we said goodbye to our Artist-in-Residence Judith Fegerl after two years of successful collaboration. Since 2019, her exhibitions "Reservoir" and "Capture" have been on display in the foyer of Giefinggasse 4.

In the current podcast episode, Judith talks about the development of the two exhibitions. Apart from her, Gerald Bast, Rector of the University of Applied Arts and long-time partner of the ARTTEC programme, our managing director Wolfgang Knoll and Michael H. Hlava, ARTTEC project manager, are also to be heard.

What is ARTTEC at AIT?

Since 2016, the ARTTEC art programme at the Alpbach Technology Symposium, organised by us, has been showing the many similarities between art, technology and science. We rely on the support of professionals – with partners such as Ars Electronica Linz, the MAK – Museum of Applied Arts and the University of Applied Arts.

In the fall of 2018, we brought ARTTEC to AIT as well – more specifically, to the foyer of our headquarter at Giefinggasse 4. Under the name ARTTEC at AIT, creative and interdisciplinary exhibitions with international artists broaden the perspective of our employees and guests at our site.
