16.03.2018
The cooperation aims at improving quality assurance for photovoltaics and electric drive technologies

A delegation from the Indonesian Materials Research Institute, Mr. Budi Susanto (Managing Director) and Mr. Addry Murphy Harari (Head of Testing Division) have recently visited AIT to foster further cooperation between the two research Institutes.

The collaboration is already under way through a joint dissertation research project in the field of thin film photovoltaics, conducted at AIT by Anies Mutari. Further fields of collaboration include quality assurance of PV and infrastructure management support, through building and expansion of measurement and testing capabilities of photovoltaics at IMRI.

The Center for Material and Technical Products, an institution under the Ministry of Industry of Republic Indonesia works on providing quality assurance for materials and technical products. The activities include research and development of the implementation of the functional materials based on applicative and energy diversification as well as in co-operation with universities, industry and related research institutions.
