Every month the FEMtech programme of the Federal Ministry for Transport, Innovation and Technology (BMVIT) chooses a FEMtech expert to increase the visibility of women and their expertise in research & technology. In February 2016 the jury selected Margherita Kramer, Business Developer at the AIT Innovation Systems Department and also working in the area of Experience Oriented Thinking, whose career exemplifies the variety (and fun!) of working in the technical field.
Margherita Kramer studied Audio Engineering at Technische Universität Graz and completed her academic studies with a Master of Business and Engineering at the Steinbeis-Hochschule-Berlin. She also studied Choir Conducting in Graz and is a member of the Wiener Singverein, the concert choir of the Wiener Musikverein.
