The Vorarlberg Innovation and Technology Exchange 2024 #ITB24 offers a networking platform in the field of innovation and technology.
It is organised every year by Wirtschafts-Standort Vorarlberg GmbH (WISTO) and took place this year at the Festspielhaus Bregenz.
In the wonderful ambience of the Festspielhaus directly on Lake Constance, 135 visitors and exhibitors from Austria, Germany, Italy, Switzerland and Bosnia and Herzegovina were able to find out about current topics relating to research, technology development and funding opportunities. 1:1 talks and presentations on the Vorarlberg Innovation Report, sustainable innovation, funding and research premiums offered a rich supporting programme for networking with important stakeholders.
Thomas Lorünser, Senior Scientist at the Centre for Digital Safety & Security and Robert Merz, Head of Digital Factory Vorarlberg, once again demonstrated the successful collaboration and research cooperation for Vorarlberg and the Lake Constance region. There were presentations and lively discussions on the topics of 5G applications, AI, machine learning, data spaces and GAIA-X.
