The career model Management comprises two levels:
- Head of Competence Unit/Administration Unit
- Head of Center/Head of Administrative Area
These positions are responsible for the strategic direction and positioning of their respective center or area (e.g. Finance & Controlling, Legal & HR Services etc.) in a content-related, scientific and economic sense.
