Welcome to the Center for Digital Safety & Security
The Center for Digital Safety & Security (DSS) has been working on the implementation of a unique technology portfolio for the security sector since 2009.
In doing so, three strengths of the AIT are consistently combined:
- The successful development of solutions and technologies for industry, where the high degree of maturity and quality standards facilitate rapid go-to-market initiatives
- The development of new approaches to solutions, including the use of new technologies, in close cooperation with users in the security sector and with authorities at the national and international levels
- Leading scientific work in an international context
With this technological competence, we address different markets, such as the semiconductor industry, the automotive sector, critical infrastructures such as energy grid and power plant operators, financial markets, as well as the security sector in the context of protecting critical infrastructures, environmental monitoring and crisis and disaster management. In close cooperation with business and industry, science and the public sector, strategic technology research is carried out, with the development of prototypes through to the validation of applications.
