SMELL - Smart Waste Disposal Logistics Solution
By means of a new compact (portable) and inexpensive digital odour sensor a "smart waste bin" is to be developed, which can analyse not only the filling level and temperature (fire protection) but also the composition of the waste. This information can be retrieved in real time using state-of-the-art communication technology (NB-IoT) and can be used to create a new and fair on-demand waste concept.
