Experience:
Tanja Tötzer, DI and PhD in Landscape Architecture and Landscape Planning and scientist at AIT since 1998. She has broad experience in GIS analysis and in exploring spatial patterns and processes. Her main research projects include landscape dynamics in urban regions as well as policies and instruments for sustainable regional development. She has been working over the past years in several participatory projects developing visions and scenarios together with local practitioners (STAU, future.scapes, VIE mediation). Her current research focuses on urban dynamics, sustainable development of urban regions, impacts of and adaption to climate change and smart city topics.
