Experience:
I am Project leader-Scientist on beneficial plant-microbe interactions at AIT Austrian Institute of Technology GmbH and Associate Professor of Microbiology at the National Polytechnic Institute of Toulouse in France (INPT; sabbathical years out of France to join AIT). I received my PhD degree from the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne in France, was postdoc fellow in AIT before to go to Toulouse and to come back in Austria. I am one of the leading research experts on microbial ecology of endophytic bacteria interacting with plants, as well as on beneficial plant-microbe interactions in general, and biocontrol of plant diseases using various biocontrol agents from different sources. I am member management committee France as well as STSM member in European cost action FA1103. I also represent Austria in European cost action FA1303, and serve on various review committees as well as be in the editorial board of some scientific journals.
