Experience:

Peter Saleh is Senior Engineer and Thematic Coordinator of the road safety team.
He studied at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna - specialized in road and traffic planning with special emphasis on road safety planning.
Since November 2005 he has been working at the AIT Austrian Institute of Technology GmbH (Mobility Department) – managing, in particular, national and European research projects.
 
He is member of Austrian and international bodies focusing on road safety, accident research and accident prevention. E.g. Member of the Austrian Research Association “Road – Rail – Transport” (FSV), member of the German Road and Transportation Research Association (FGSV), member and expert in the Austrian Standards Institute (ASI), national delegate at the European Committee for Standardisation (CEN) as well as corresponding member of the World Road Association (PIARC).
