Experience:

He studied industrial Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV), graduating with full honours as a PhD in 2009. He started to work in 2013 at the Austrian Institute of Technology (AIT) in the Energy Department as a scientist developing activities as a project manager, working in project acquisition and networking. Previously, he worked as a scientist at the Institute of Energy and Transport of the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission (EC-JRC) providing scientific and technical support to the Directorate Generals for the conception, development, implementation and monitoring of European Commission policies related to energy and energy research. He also worked as energy researcher at the Institute of Energy Engineering of the UPV in topics related to energy efficiency and the contribution of the renewables energy in the reduction of CO2 emissions.
