Main Research: Modelling, simulation and optimization of HVAC systems

Experience: Immacolata Moretti is working in the field of modelling, simulation and optimization of thermal components with a focus on HVAC systems. She is currently working in national and international research projects dealing with innovative heat pumps solutions for heat recover from waste water channels as well as simulation of various heat pump set-ups with emphasis on power to heat applications at large scale (district) in the context of Smart Grids.
