Practical Yet Composably Secure Cryptographic Protocols

In the end of January 2019 a top-class international group of researchers including the AIT scientists and cryptography experts Stephan Krenn and Daniel Slamanig (Center for Digital Safety and Security) where invited the renowned Dagstuhl seminar series to work for one week on current topics in "Practical Yet Composably Secure Cryptographic Protocols".

A special focus was on the design of practical yet provably secure cryptographic protocols, the comparison of different composability frameworks and set-up assumptions as well as hurdles of achieving composable security for practical protocols.

The event was organized by Jan Camenisch (Dfinity Foundation, CH), Ralf Küsters (Universität Stuttgart, DE), Anna Lysyanskaya (Brown University, USA) and Allesandra Scafuro (North Carolina State University, USA) and hosted around 30 international participants.
