MobileHCI 2017

Sep 14-17
AIT hosts 19th International Conference on Human-Computer Interaction

From 14-17 September, Mobile HCI takes place in Vienna, at the Aula der Wissenschaften. Co-organized by the AIT Center for Technology Experience and co-chaired by Center Head Manfred Tscheligi, MobileHCI provides a forum for academics and practitioners to discuss the challenges, potential solutions and innovations towards effective interaction with mobile systems and services – the HCI of mobiles. The conference is unique in bringing together researchers and practitioners in an informal and collaborative format.

The annual MobileHCI conferences cover the analysis, design, evaluation and application of human-computer interaction techniques and approaches for all mobile computing devices, software and services. Starting in Scotland in 1998, the event has grown into one of the leading international conferences focusing on Human-Computer Interaction.

Beyond mobile devices and services, the conference covers issues within the whole ecosystem of mobile, smart and embedded devices as well as related services.
