Edgar Schiebel (Center for Innovation Systems & Policy) gives a lecture at the University of Ulm (Germany). He teaches about a technology foresight exercise for “digital economy” with a methodological focus on bibliometric analysis combined with scenario technique. In the following seminar the students learn the methods and develop future scenarios for the perspectives of the digital economy.
