The high complexity in Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) requires an integrated treatment and data management. The H. ELGA (pacemaker . Electronic Health Record) is used as a combined outpatient clinic and study system (physician-cockpit for integrated CRM), as a collaborative platform between intramural and extramural sector (telemedicine, home monitoring) and as a central data hub (HIS connectivity , interfaces to programmer and home monitoring systems).
With the introduction of H. ELGA as a central data hub in CRM as well as of a close linkage to HIS, we can counteract the increasing complexity of therapy management processes more efficient. Additionally, quality of care can be assured.
