We are developing measurement equipment for high-precision time resolution of events. This is suitable for laboratory use and permits either the measurement of eight channels with a time resolution of 82 ps, or two channels with a time resolution as fine as 10 ps. The TMM-8000 timetagging module can be used for the runtime measurement of optical signals and thus for length measurement (e.g. OTDR) as well as for spectroscopy.
