On 10 July, the Federal Minister for Climate Protection, Environment, Energy, Mobility, Innovation and Technology, Leonore Gewessler, visited us at our Giefinggasse site. During a three-hour tour, she visited the Photonics & Quantum Communications Lab, the City Intelligence Lab, the Battery Lab, the SmartEST Lab and the RoadSTAR.
The Federal Minister also heard presentations from the Center for Innovation Systems & Policy, the Center for Vision, Automation & Control, the Center for Technology Experience and the Center for Health & Bioresources.
She was welcomed by the Managing Directors Anton Plimon and Wolfgang Knoll, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board Hannes Androsch and the Deputy Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board Isabella Meran-Waldstein (IV).
This was the Federal Minister's first visit to AIT.
