VAC Senior Scientist Csaba Beleznai gives lecture at virtual fair "AI practice in companies"

Topic "Perception and learning for assistive and autonomous systems in industrial environments" for the audience of the magazine COMPUTERWELT

The automated operation of machines and vehicles is an increasingly relevant topic, as it can improve safety, work efficiency and comfort. Recent developments in machine learning, computer vision and robotics promise completely new possibilities in numerous application areas.

Senior Scientist Csaba Beleznai of the Center for Vision, Automation & Control presented this exciting topic in a recorded lecture at the magazine COMPUTERWELT on 27 April. The lecture will be broadcast as part of the virtual trade fair "AI practice in companies" from 26 to 28 May and can be followed here.

Csaba Beleznai has been working at AIT since 2000 as an expert in the field of image analysis and computer vision. He coordinates several research projects for the development of multisensory machine vision capabilities for applications and is author or co-author of more than 85 peer-reviewed scientific papers and inventor or co-inventor of eight patents.
