The Digital Enterprise 2017 – Keynote from Manfred Tscheligi

On 3 May 2017 Manfred Tscheligi, Head of Center for Technology Experience, was keynote speaker at the “Digital Enterprise”-conference, which took place on 3 and 4 May at the Novomatic Forum Vienna.

As one of Austria’s leading expert and networking events in the field of digitalization, “The Digital Enterprise” focused on the discussion and analysis of newest technology trends and various aspects of digitalization in the context of major enterprises but also SMEs.

Manfred Tscheligi’s keynote was headed with “Experience Technologies: Humans in the Context of a Future Technology Environment” and dealt with digital future contexts (trends and building blocks), experience economy (the value of positive experiences) and experience in the context of innovation (what do we build when, how and why).

Immediately after the presentation, Manfred Tscheligi participated in a panel discussion together with Friedrich Bleicher (Vienna University of Technology), Gerhard Gamperl (Verbund AG), Ulrike Huemer (Administration of Vienna) and Rüdiger Köster (T-Mobile Austria), focusing on technology trends of the future. In the course of the discussion, Manfred Tscheligi proposed that every company should appoint a “CXO” (Chief Experience Officer), in order to meet future needs for optimized application and service designs, enhanced user experience, hence satisfied customers.
