Systemic Research, Technology & Innovation Policy
Research, technology and innovation policy plays a central role in shaping and advancing innovation systems, and thus in strengthening the economic performance and the ability to tackle societal challenges. This requires designing, analysing and evaluating well-performing and well-harmonised organisational structures, governance processes and policy instruments.
