In the context of this year's AIT presentation of the latest technologies and prototypes at VISION 2014 - the leading trade fair for machine vision in Stuttgart - the work of Dr. Ahmed Nabil Belbachir about "A Novel HDR Depth Camera for Real-time 3D 360 ° Panoramic Vision of Autonomous Vehicles " won an entry to the VISION 2014 Shortlist as one of the best innovations. The AIT technology was nominated by Imaging and Machine Vision Europe (www.imveurope.com), Europe's only dedicated magazine for design and production engineers working in the scientific imaging and machine vision markets.
