IEA HPT Annex 51: Acoustic Emissions of Heat Pumps

Project Description

The aim of the project is to further increase the acceptance of heat pumps and to minimize market barriers and technological competitive disadvantages by reducing   Das Projekt zielt darauf ab, die Akzeptanz von Wärmepumpen weiter zu erhöhen und Marktbarrieren und Wettbewerbsnachteile der Technologie durch Reduktion von acoustic emissions and vibrations. Major aspects of this project are innovative laboratory experiments, different numeric approaches and groundwork to elaborate integrated legal and normative frameworks. Another focus is drawn to the elaboration of new assessment patterns through perception tests. The gained know-how will be integrated in international expert meetings and disseminated in different target groups on a national basis.
