Wudoku – Wound documentation for guideline-compliant prevention and care of decubitus through the empowerment of slow-go and no-go patients

Experts estimate that 5 to 25% of patients with limited mobility (slow-go and no-go patients) suffer from pressure sores (lat. decubitus). The aim is to develop a system for the prevention and treatment of decubitus, which should encourage more active involvement by those affected in preventing decubitus (i.e. empowerment) and make it easier for professional nursing staff to support the affected patient.
