Together with UMIT, we developed a web-based data management platform that supports the integration of genomic, proteomic and metabolomic data from patients with prostate cancer into a “Life Science Integrative Data Warehouse (LINDA)” as well as data mining analysis.

The system is currently used within the IMGuS (Institute of Medical Genomics and Systems Biology) pilot project (Prostate Cancer Systems Biology II) and supports documented data merging and provides tools for specific data retrieval and analysis.
